Breath, movement, sensation, listening to your body, and conscious touch are the foundation of embodiment and sensuality. These sections offer experiential practices that you can do at home – some can even be done in public!

The focus of these practices is self exploration and integration. That said, you are welcome and encouraged to share these exercises with others!

Breath – Learn how to awaken your body through the simple pleasure of breathing.

Movement – Stretch, shake, wiggle, dance, stomp, and play with the power of movement to expand pleasure in your body.

Sensation – What we feel offers a world of information. Learn how to safely open to the sensations of your day-to-day experiences to cultivate more pleasure.

Listen to Your Body – Learn how to tune into the messages your body is constantly trying to tell you about what you need.

Conscious Touch – Explore your ability to give and receive touch through integrating breath, movement, sensation, and listening.
