Breath
Breath is the foundation of our aliveness. The oxygen exchanged in our lungs to our blood stream feeds the cells of our body. Yet, for many of us, we do not breath fully most of the time. Breathing deeply, fully expanding our lungs and letting our bellies relax, allows us to feel more awake and connected with our bodies. Conscious breathing is beneficial in reducing stress, energizing the cells of our bodies, as well as creating deeper pleasure during sexual activity.
Many of us have developed a habit of hold our breath when becoming aroused. In the following videos we offer breathing exercises to awaken, energize, and expand erotic pleasure in your body. If you have not done deep breathing exercises before, take it slow and move at a pace that feels comfortable to your body. We encourage you to try breathing with the videos as well as finding time to practice breathing on your own. It may feel awkward at first, but practice and notice what changes as your body takes in more oxygen.
