Movement

Movement is the outward expression of our aliveness. Energetic movement that gets your blood circulating, your breath deepening, and sweat starting engages your body and quiets your mind. Movement is another way to prepare your body for greater erotic experiences.

We may often think of movement as “exercise” and something we grudgingly do or not. We offer a different way of looking at movement – as a source of pleasure and a way of physically experiencing our aliveness.
