Technical Information
All of the videos are in Adobe Flash or Quicktime formats. These formats don’t require an external viewer but do require that a plugin is installed on your browser. There are some technical requirements though. Check to see if your system meets these requirements:
- Adobe Flash Player 9.0+ plug-in (available at Adobe Systems.)
- Quicktime Player (available at Apple.)
- Windows 2000 or higher with latest updates installed, or
- Mac OS X 10.3 or higher.
- Firefox 2.0 or higher, or
- IE 7.0 or higher, or
- Safari 3.0 or higher.
- Broadband internet connection with at least 500 Kbps.
Please understand that we can’t provide technical support. We’ve tested the videos with the latest versions of Firefox (PC & Mac), IE (PC only) and Safari (PC & Mac). If your system meets all the requirements, but it still isn’t working correctly, please try troubleshooting with a different browser. All the videos have sound. If you can’t hear anything, check to make sure your computer’s volume control is set properly.
The videos are best viewed with a reasonably fast internet connection like cable or DSL. We don’t recommend viewing if you’re using a dial-up internet connection.
