Peaking

Most men are familiar with the standard sexual response model of excitement, plateau and orgasm. There is an erotic zone in the later part of the plateau phase but before the point of ejaculatory inevitability where the erotic energy is at a peak and can be sustained. Peaking is highly individualistic; each man will do this in a way that’s best for him. The important thing is to focus your attention to savoring the feelings in your body while not focusing on any particular goal such as ejaculation.
