We always like to share toys and vibes we recommend:

Vibrators:

Hitachi Magic Wand

Hitachi Magic Wand -The Magic Wand is a great vibrator for women and men. It provides powerful stimulation and has a low and high setting. We recommend starting out using the low setting. Also, because of the intensity of the vibration, when you first start using the Magic Wand try having a washcloth or other cushioning between you and the vibrator. Placing a thick sock over the head of the vibrator is a good technique in ensuring that the padding stays in place.

For those of you with a vulva, start out on the low speed and experiment with circling the vibrator around your labia and clit. Try applying different pressure, you can hold the Magic Wand so it barely touches your skin or you can press it more firmly against you. Notice what feels good. Often variation in pressure and alternating between moving it over your vulva and clit to holding it still can produce delightful sensations. Remember to breath and practice pelvic rocking and Kegels while using this vibrator. You can see a demonstration of the Magic Wand being used in the Women’s Solo Erotic Trance section of this site.

For those of you with a penis, the same idea applies. Try using the Magic Wand with padding between you and it as well as starting out on the low speed. Running the vibrator along the length of your shaft and under your testicles can produce some great sensations.

And for everyone, don’t forget to try using the Magic Wand for an external massage of the anus. Run the vibrator along your perineum and down over the anus making small circles. Again experiment with pressure and speed. You may be surprised by how good it feels to wake up your anus this way!

Eroscillator

Eroscillator - With different attachments and 3 speeds, the Eroscillator is a quiet yet powerful vibrator. Unlike typical vibrators, the Eroscillator moves from side to side oscillating to provide a unique stimulation that feels great on the labia and clit. It is also virtually silent for those of you concerned with the prospect of a noisy machine.

As with the Magic Wand, we recommend experimenting with varying pressure, speed, and with attachments to see what works for you.

Form 6

Form 6 - For a cordless, waterproof, rechargeable vibrator, we recommend the Form 6. This vibe can also be used for internal stimulation and can provide resistance for Kegels or G-spot stimulation. Experiment with what feels best for you!

For Vaginal Kegel:

Betty's Barbell

Betty's Barbell - Betty’s Barbell was designed by Betty Dodson, Sex Educator and “Grandmother of Masturbation” to help women strengthen their PC muscles. It is also a great way to stimulate the G-spot. Made out of stainless steel, this one-pound barbell is great at providing resistance to squeeze against when practicing Kegels. You can insert either the small end or the large end into the vagina. We recommend trying out both ways, as you will get a different sense of weight and pressure. The Barbell is easy to clean and can be used with any kind of lubricant. To see a demonstration of Betty’s Barbell in use, check out the Women’s Solo Erotic Trance section of this site.

Please note, while the Barbell can be used anally, be sure that you only insert the smaller end so that the larger end acts as a flange and you will not loose the barbell inside.

Smartballs

Smart Balls - Smart Balls are another great toy for PC muscles and G-spot stimulation. Insert both balls into the vagina and then squeeze against them and then relax. You can then gently pull on the string attached to them as you squeeze and then relax providing some extra resistance. By gently pulling them out and squeezing you can also stimulate the G-spot.
